TriLam Inc is a double minority business established in 2018 by a black woman to help small businesses and those seeking an entrepreneurial path to having the business services and support they need to run their business efficiently and at the highest professional level. The company began with business services in 2018 and branched into the real estate market in 2020 focusing on helping clients find the home of their dreams or build generational wealth through real estate investing. Tri Lam Inc. mission is to fulfill the business needs of all our clients while enriching our communities and partners with the utmost professionalism.

Growing up in sunny Southern California and having spent every summer exploring acres of land in the family compound in Texas, Trisha knew that the world was her oyster and she was just yearning to develop herself into one of the pearls that it would produce. Raised by her family as a collective, with her influential years being with her aunt and uncle in Northern California. She graduated from Oakmont HS and attended college at California State University Northridge where she studied business admin with accounting as the focus. Her years of study and her natural love for numbers started her on the path of her career in business development and accounting practices. Over the span of her 20 year career she has developed and maintained several accounting and business infrastructures while serving in the likes of AR Manager, Controller, and Staff Accountant to name a few.
